Have Questions About Delivery or Installation?

Every property and installation is different, but most hot tub and sauna installations do not require an on-site inspection.

Our experienced team can usually evaluate your delivery route and installation needs by discussing your project and reviewing photos of the area. Tell us which product you are considering and share any concerns you have about access, placement, or installation.

When Should You Send Photos?

Please take photos of the proposed installation area and delivery route if you have concerns about:

  • Tight corners or narrow pathways
  • Gates, fences, stairs, or steep slopes
  • Limited indoor or outdoor access
  • Overhead obstacles
  • Unusual placement locations
  • Special equipment or maneuvering that may be required

For the most helpful review, photograph the route from the driveway or delivery-access point all the way to the final placement area.

When Is a Site Inspection Needed?

Site inspections are determined on a case-by-case basis. They may be recommended for projects involving:

  • Swim spas
  • Complex delivery routes
  • Tight turns or restricted access
  • Unusual installation conditions
  • Deliveries requiring special equipment or maneuvering

After reviewing your information and photos, our team will let you know whether an on-site inspection is necessary.
