Project Overview: In 2025, Grand Traverse Leisure helped a homeowner in Northport, MI create the ultimate backyard wellness retreat with the purchase of a Bullfrog Spa S180XD swim spa. Designed for fitness, hydrotherapy, and family fun, this model offers a versatile alternative to traditional pools, perfectly suited for the region’s seasonal climate and outdoor living lifestyle.

Client Requirements

The customer was looking for a space-saving yet high-performance solution that would allow them to swim, exercise, and relax—all in one unit. Key priorities included a strong swim-current system, advanced massage features, low-maintenance care, and a spacious interior deep enough for aquatic workouts. They also wanted a model that offered year-round usability, modern aesthetics, and reliable durability for their Northport home.

Solution Delivered

After consulting with our team, the client chose the Bullfrog Swim Series S180XD, a 15-foot, extra-deep swim spa engineered for both serious fitness and full-body relaxation. The S180XD’s unique swim jet configuration—positioned to guide proper body alignment—makes it ideal for all skill levels, from casual swimmers to daily trainers.

With 4 customizable JetPaks®, multi-level seating, and a Splash Zone Play Area, this model offers an ideal mix of structured exercise and social enjoyment. The Clear Comfort® AOP water care system and Simplicity™ filtration make ownership simple, while premium LED lighting and ergonomic seating elevate the experience.

Grand Traverse Leisure provided personalized product guidance and coordinated delivery support with a crane, ensuring the customer had everything they needed to get started—from water care instructions to accessory recommendations.
